Contract (hereinafter known as VENDOR(S) and Black Riverside County. BRC Festival (hereafter known as THE FESTIVAL) for operation Saturday, October 25th, 2025. Both parties agree as follows:
BOOTH SETUP
Vendors will receive emails and text with further instructions. Vendors requiring more than 3 helpers will pay $10 per helper at the time of set up. Vendors helpers will receive General Admission wristbands. Anyone arriving after subject Vendors set up time will pay the standard General Admission entry fee. Vendors are required to ensure their canopy(s) are weighted to avoid the wind taking it away.
ALL VENDORS
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
VENDORS are responsible for bringing any electrical items that are required for booths, including lighting for the PM hours. All vendors are allowed to have a 10x20 space. 10 feet wide, 20 feet deep. Or you can have a 10x10 in the back of the space. 10x10 in the front of the space. All Vendors requiring a 10x20(PLUS) space side by side will incur a payment of half the original space fee per additional side-by-side space.
REGULATIONS
All vendors agree to operate in accordance with regulations set forth by federal, California State/Riverside County laws, including but not limited to health code, food safety policy the use of prohibited items dumpster before leaving the festival.
VENDOR INVESTMENT
All VENDOR settlements are final, no refunds will be issued. This is an investment in your business please plan accordingly. There will be no exceptions to this there are NO REFUNDS.
BOOTH AESTHETICS
All booths are required to maintain their space in a clean and sanitary condition and dispose of all waste in the facilities provided by THE FESTIVAL.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
THE FESTIVAL and VENDOR shall remain independent contractors. Nothing contained herein or done pursuant hereto shall be construed to create any relationship of principal and agent or employer and employee between THE FESTIVAL and VENDOR, nor to make joint ventures.
LAKE ELSINORE VENDOR COMPLIANCE
The city of Lake Elsinore will impose a day license fee. ($10) They may require vendors to meet specific food and vendor requirements. If you are selling food or alcoholic beverages, you will be notified about the necessary regulations and compliance measures. Please ensure you adhere to these guidelines to operate smoothly.

This is your 1st payment of 2 ($134.13). The 2nd payment ($134.13) will be debited from the same payment method 15 days after the first payment.
